We ship *USPS* or *UPS Ground* for orders within the United States, and we ship *USPS Priority Mail* to all Military addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Shipping terms are: Legacy Action Sports will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Risk of loss is upon the Customer once Legacy Action Sports delivers the Product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and Legacy Action Sports shall not be liable for delays in receipt of the product(s) ordered.
If the product shipped in your order was not the product you ordered Legacy Action Sports will issue a full refund upon customers request after receiving unordered unopened, undamaged product back. Legacy Action Sports will then ship the customers ordered product including the shipping costs to the shipping address listed on the original order. If the item was ordered by customers mistake and customer wishes to return said product(s) and the product is returnable as defined above, the customer is and will be liable for all shipping costs. If ordered product was the ordered product but decided not to keep it, that product will undergo a 15% restocking charge. Upon receipt of qualifying product returned a credit note will be issued to the customer. We cannot accept returned merchandise after 30 days from the invoice date. Authorization is needed to return any and all items. To return an item, email email@example.com explaining why you would like to return the item(s), and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA. Be sure to place the original invoice in the box with the merchandise being returned and write the issued RMA on the invoice and the box.
Return Item Instructions
If you are not satisfied with your order and you would like to return the item(s) and the item(s) are new, unused, undamaged, unopened and in their original undamaged manufacture’s packaging, please follow the instructions below.
1. Warranty Claims: We will assist with warranty issues, however all warranty issues are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
2. Some special order items may require a restocking fee prior to return. Please check with your customer service representative associate. All returns must be in new, unused, undamaged, unopened condition and in their original undamaged manufacturer's packaging.
3. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.
4. Please request your RMA within 30 days from the invoice date. RMA requests are Not offered after 30 days.
1. We will be glad to exchange undamaged and unused items with no restocking fee within 30 days from the date of sale. There may be a restocking fee of 15% on all returned items that are not being exchanged.
2. For item exchanges: Legacy Action Sports must wait to ship your product until the original item has been returned.
3. Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. COD returns can be exchanged or a refund check can be mailed to the billing address on the order.
4. Always insure the package for the full retail value of the item.
1. Please do not return any items via COD. Our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.
Please be advised that any and all refunds issued back to the customer on orders placed with LegacyActionSports.com are subject to and will incur a processing fee of 5% of the order’s total amount.
Please write RMA number CLEARLY on the outside of your package being returned.

On all orders returned from outside of the U.S.A. Please mark clearly on the outside of the box: "CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF U.S. ORIGIN".
International Shipping Policy
For all International orders: You will be contacted via email about the shipping charges after your order has been placed if the shipping charges exceed the International Shipping Charge Quote listed in the checkout.. Please note that "Free Shipping" only applies to US residents living in the lower 48 States. All International orders are shipped USPS Express air mail, USPS Priority air mail, or UPS Worldwide Expedited services and will be charged a shipping amount in accordance with the carrier. Approximate shipping time for International shipments. USPS Priority air mail usually takes 7-14 days to arrive from the time the package ships from Legacy Action Sports. USPS Express air mail usually takes 6-8 business days. UPS International Expedited usually takes 4-6 business days.
International Customs Charges and DutiesInternational (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Contact your local government for specific details.
